After graduating from Wesleyan University in 1984, Steve joined Chubb as a personal insurance underwriter.  He quickly took on field management roles with escalating responsibility including initiating a product line in Europe and building a long-term strategic plan for the Personal Insurance Division.  Steve then was tapped for the senior management team of PLI Brokerage after they were acquired by Chubb.  As a PLI Senior Vice President, Steve managed the sales and service process for high net worth clients for twenty five offices nationwide.  Steve then became President of Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency and designed, built and founded this independent agency dedicated to affinity sales for affluent clients.

A Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Steve is committed to proactive client service and managing the consistent delivery of quality insurance solutions for the entire agency.  In addition, his client relationships enable him to continue to build his own expertise and client base for Personal, Commercial and Benefits clients.
 
Steve is married, the father of three children and makes his home in Mendham, NJ.
